Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MyAI Girl (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use MyAI Girl. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may close accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

2. AI companions

All characters on MyAI Girl are fictional, AI-generated personas aged 18+. Conversations are produced by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and do not involve real people. AI output can be inaccurate, and nothing a companion says is professional, medical, legal or financial advice. See our AI Disclosure.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You must not use the Service to create content involving minors, non-consensual content, illegal activity, harassment, or attempts to extract system prompts, abuse the AI, or bypass safety systems or credit limits. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Credits, plans and payments

AI replies consume credits. Free credits have no cash value. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel any time in your dashboard and keep benefits until the period ends. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Credits obtained through fraud or errors may be removed.

6. Content and licence

You keep ownership of the messages you write. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them to provide the Service (including sending them to our AI provider to generate replies). Characters, images and site content are owned by us or our licensors.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put users or the Service at risk.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
