This policy explains what personal data MyAI Girl collects, why, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, date of birth (to confirm you are an adult), password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Conversation data: messages you send and AI replies, plus memories created from your chats.
- Billing data: plan, transactions and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, login history and usage statistics for security and fraud prevention.
How we use it
To provide and personalise the Service, generate AI replies, remember context you have shared, process payments, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
To generate replies, your recent messages, your profile notes and relevant memories are sent to Google's Gemini API. Google processes this data under its API terms. We do not use your conversations to train our own models.
Memories
Our system automatically saves useful facts you share (e.g. your hobbies). You can view, edit or delete every memory, or turn automatic memory off, in your dashboard.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted messages and conversations are removed from your view immediately and purged from our systems within 30 days. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data except where we must keep records (e.g. payment records for tax law).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
We use HTTPS, password hashing, encrypted secrets, access controls and monitoring. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
